I have tried personal training, weight loss programs, walking, running, I have tried it all and what I have learned is that discipline in whatever exercise route I tried is what gave me the greatest results. Each person is different. They key to getting successful results, is to find a routine that works for you and that you personally enjoy doing. You want to have a peaceful mind, body and soul, so you need to connect with your routine. Once you do, you will find that achieving your results will be easier and long lasting.
