Nutrition

Nutrition is an important key to living a healthy lifestyle. Everything on this blog is gluten free and healthy. The kids recipes are able to be completed with the kiddos and they have a blast helping to fix the dishes. The desserts on this blog, I try to keep it as healthy as possible, but sometimes a little sugar is ok. I hope you enjoy these recipes and I hope you find that you enjoy my site.

Fitness

We all struggle at some point with our weight or trying to be healthy. I have tried personal training, weight loss programs, walking, running, I have tried it all and what I have learned is that discipline in whatever exercise route I tried is what gave me the greatest results. Each person is different. They key to getting successful results, is to find a routine that works for you and that you personally enjoy doing. You want to have a peaceful mind, body and soul, so you need to connect with your routine. Once you do, you will find that achieving your results will be easier and long lasting.

Workout Programs 

I have tried countless workout programs, but the one that tends to work best for me is Beachbody. I love 21 Day Fix, Insanity, Cize, and Slim in 6. The workouts are geared for all fitness levels.
