Store Bought or Homemade?

That's a trick question. It's very hard to find really good or at least decent gluten free goodies, and lets not even mention fresh baked anything. I know sometimes it can be time consuming, but making things homemade is so much better and not to mention healthier for you. You can control how much sugar goes into baked goods, and how much salt goes into regular food. The fun part is experimenting. That is what I do. I start cooking and just think of what flavors would mesh well together and taste good. Some things taste good, some not so much. I don't measure out spices, I just add it to my food when I think I have added enough. Cooking in my opinion is far easier than baking. Just in the sense that you don't have to measuring like you have to do in baking. Both are equally fun though. You have to admit that anything homemade taste better than store bought products. Pretty much any recipe can be turned gluten free. I will try to post new recipes weekly.
