1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 Stalks of celery chopped
1/4 cup onion chopped
Garlic Powder to taste
Pepper to Taste
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add chicken.
Season Chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Once Chicken is done take off heat and let rest for about 5-10 minutes. Once Chicken is completely cooled, shred the chicken and add to a mixing bowl. Add in the celery, onions,and mayonnaise, then mix until well blended. You can enjoy right away or let chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
