Birthday Cake Cookie Crunch Ice Cream

Homemade Ice Cream is hands down the best. This summer I have played around with many different flavors to find the best tasting ice cream. Hands down this is the best flavor I have made yet. It has just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. This cool treat is fun for the whole family. Normally I don't measure in my cooking recipes, but baking is different and its important to make sure that the measurements are just right to get the right flavors. Ice cream has to also have the right consistency or it won't freeze correctly. The gluten Free cookies that I used in this recipe is Goodie Girl Gluten Free Cookies, Birthday Cake flavor. These are hands down my favorite gluten free cookies.
2 cups Whipping Cream
1 14 oz can Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Milk
10 Gluten Free Birthday Cake flavored cookies (crumble 8 or the 10 cookies)
1 tsp Vanilla
Sprinkles (Optional)
In a blender, combine the whipping cream, condensed milk, milk, vanilla, and the 2 whole cookies, blend until well blended.
Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a freezer safe container or ice cream bin. Add half of the cookies into the mix and stir.
Pour the rest of the mixture into the container or ice cream bin and top with the remaining cookies.
Add sprinkles to the top if desired.
Freeze for 9 - 10 hours or longer and enjoy.
