Sautéd Shrimp and Veggies

1 bag of frozen Jumbo cooked shrimp with tails on
Fresh or frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
1/2 bell pepper chopped
2 T olive oil
Garlic Powder
Parsley
Chili Powder
Paprika
Cajun Seasoning
Onion Powder
In a medium-high saucepan heat olive oil. Add shrimp to pan, add in all the seasonings and stir. Next add the veggies and sauté for 2 minutes and cover. Reduce heat to Medium and let cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until veggies are tender. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite sides. I personally like this with my Fiesty Rice.
