Sautéd Shrimp and Veggies

  1. 1 bag of frozen Jumbo cooked shrimp with tails on

  2. Fresh or frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower

  3. 1/2 bell pepper chopped

  4. 2 T olive oil

  5. Garlic Powder

  6. Parsley

  7. Chili Powder

  8. Paprika

  9. Cajun Seasoning

  10. Onion Powder


In a medium-high saucepan heat olive oil. Add shrimp to pan, add in all the seasonings and stir. Next add the veggies and sauté for 2 minutes and cover. Reduce heat to Medium and let cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until veggies are tender. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite sides. I personally like this with my Fiesty Rice.
